When he caught Lucifer leaving and heard he was going to a party that might get wild Rota would not be left at home. He put on a loud yellow outfit which clashed with his wings which were made of peacock feathers. This angel was strange by comparison to the others. He had one red eye and one blue eye and then two more smaller eyes on each temple. He didn't just have wings of peacock feathers but a line of them down his sides that trailed behind him like a train. They moved and flicked with any music. Rota loved sound.. cacophonies of sound.
