The deadpan is more of a give away than anything else. The struggle is there in the overstatement of nothing being wrong.
"I am sorry. I must retrieve my napkin." Placing his hand high up on Tony's hip for support he reaches down between the human's legs. There's a pause and then he bites Tony's inner thigh, high up but not too high. The bite is hard, sharp but not painful.
Then Lucifer sits up and lays it across his leg as if he's done nothing at all.
