"We don't usually bond, no, but Rey and I do have a bond with each other. It's extremely rare in Force-users, so rare that ours was the first to be observed in possibly thousands of years. When I died back home and was reborn here, neither of us felt quite right until we found each other. There was a kind of listlessness, a sense of being lost."
Ben considers the explanation. "I think I felt attraction to people besides Rey, before I met her, but the Force bond is special. I can't imagine myself with anyone else."
