He shakes his head in polite refusal of anything. He might want water later, but he's fine for the moment, and with Ziggy clinging so close he might just spill it if he's given a cup.
He opens his mind to the telepathy carefully, adjusting his mental shields to block out some of the emotional bleedover while still permitting communication. Sometimes there's a fine line between communicating emotion wordlessly and influencing someone else with it, and he saw that at Ziggy's own concert. It won't help either of them if Rondo gets depressed.
Still, there is an innate telepathic ability in his species, and his response is confident and fluid. "You don't have to know what to do right now. It's like being sick. You just have to be, and keep being for a while, and let that be enough. Maybe it doesn't feel like something you can heal from right now, but you have people that want to help, and we'll hang on with you."
