The potion hadn’t slowed his reaction time at all - but that part of Minoru was always relaxed. Any telepathic or empathic communication, though, he’d see how that fared now that he realized who had bumped into him.
He didn’t know exactly who, but he recognized the eyes. They matched Aletayria’s. And the words she spoke, he couldn’t understand them, but he knew they were Anthean. It sounded like what he’d heard from Ziggy and his family before.
“...You’re... Anthean?” He blinked a couple of times. “Aletayria’s family?”
