Vars used his grip on the Brit's hair to hold him in that kiss. He didn't care if any of the others saw. He's almost disappointed that that it ends.
"You not stopping me." Vars tossed back in a taunting tone. If they both ended up banged up from this he wouldn't care. Bruises and wounds were part of his reputation in some circles though everyone assumed it was always real fights and nothing like this.
The action does get a laugh but not from tickling. "I'm not the Dane."
Vars wasn't all that ticklish though he does let go of Viktor's hair, if only to grab his throat and slam him back into the floor. The wrestling starting to get to the Norwegian as he leans into a lip crushing kiss and tries to maneuver on top of the Brit.
