The Terror Tour

Ziggy was happy to bring everyone out to a upscale bar in New York City. This was a celebration of all three bands coming together for a tour. It was going to be rowdy and certainly blow up social norms. He loved it and the others did as much as he did.

The Hammers, The Hell's Angels, and The Spiders from Mars were going to bond over booze and food at The Plunge. Bar, restaurant and rooftop pool with a DJ. It was everything they needed to unwind. He left Mick for a moment once free of the elevator to call up Jack. He was all too willing to bring up a gang of boys and girls and some of the more androgynous Diamond Dogs for the evening. Food and booze on Ziggy and the other bands to pay for their own wants or needs. There would be a whole group of punk and glam Dogs here soon, all young in the 18-25 range which was suitable since that was around all the bands' ages too. Then he went to rejoin Mick and get a drink.

Gloria walked slowly with Weird, worried but glad they were free of the elevator.

"Do you want me to get my own bed?" Rik teased between laughs when he was questioned about his decision to stay in the other guitarist's room. He leaned in whispering. "I like sleeping with you, in any bed."

He giggles as he's pulled out of the elevator, slipping away to wrap his arms around Billy as they walk. It's awkward and he's laughing but this is what was missing for months now.

"Oh uh yeah. I'd like that. Just to teach me the ropes. It can't be harder than riding a bike can it? Only that it's a living thing and has it's own mind."

Zack just realised he was sounding like an idiot so stopped talking for a bit, instead just enjoying feeling Damien's fingers going through his hair. It felt nice. This is what friends do with each other. Of course it was. The drummer wasn't sure what to say so just blushed and wondered about the Dog's hair.

"It does? Thanks. Have you---sort of dated lots of guys with long hair before?"

Being inquisitive was something Zack was more often than not and now was a good time to be asking this if he were to grow closer to Damien.

"It's very different than controlling an inanimate object. You have to learn to work with your horse like you would another person. You trust it and it trusts you."

The Dogs were all very close to their horses. They trusted in the beasts as warning, companions, transportation, comfort and so many other things. His fingers started going deeper into the drummer's hair. It felt good.

"I don't date much because of my.. job." In part he was worried about someone being left behind. Damien knew what happened to Jack over Hannah. He couldn't do that to someone else but the loneliness was still there eating at him even if he hid it well. "I do like long hair."

He nodded quietly just shivering a little at Damien touching his hair. No one had ever touched it like before since Zack hadn't really had many boyfriends before. Nothing like this and nothing ever serious. It was mainly just a bit of foreplay and sleeping in another guy's bed at a video game or movie sleepover.

"Yeah, I'll have to get used to that part. I'd love to get to know you Jack and the other Dogs better with time."

Zack really liked Jack and thought he was a really kind guy. He even gave the drummer a kiss on the cheek which not many other men would. It didn't feel strange since Jack was Ziggy's brother and the singer was a good man.

"Your job? Oh, I see. I guess it's hard to date when you're uh----busy with people."

The drummer didn't really know how to broach that subject so just offered a shy smile and a nod.

"I have a few days but I can come back." Damien leaned in and kissed Zack's temple. The innocence is attracctive but so is the wide open sincerity.

"I'm basically the head of Jack's army." That was the best way to explain it probably. There was something in Zack's behavior that Damien couldn't pinpoint but attracted his attention.

"Do you want to date? You keep mentioning it."

"You're a soldier? Sorry, I just assumed you were---something else. That's bloody epic though, mate. Do you get to carry your own gun? Although, I'm not big into weapons like Viktor is since I prefer my spray cans."

Zack didn't really like violence like Viktor did and preferred to stay out of conflict and run if he had to. Not that he wanted people to see him as a coward or anything. It was just his shy nature. Nodding, he then blushed a deeper red and didn't know how to respond so just stared a little into his now empty beer glass.

"Uh----date? I mean I want to yeah. Ok, let's date. I'm not very experienced though so you might want to go easy on me."

A small tug pulled inside of him. Was it nerves? Excitement? Possibly both.

"Militia." Damien looked at the other Dogs and realized what Zack was thinking. "I do go with them when they work to make sure they're safe but I'm not a sex worker."

He had been on a rare occasion out of need but it wasn't usual for him at all. "We don't have a choice. I think most of us would rather not fight too."

Damien was good at what he did but he would rather spend his time doing something else. Something that didn't involve killing people. The change of subjects was good and had him smiling.

"Then I guess I will have to take you out tomorrow." He's teasing a little but this time when he leans in he kisses Zack's lips, gentle and testing to see what the response is.

"Militia. Got it. I didn't want to assume....I just noticed your friends---the Dogs and Jack. Sorry, mate."

Zack blushed out of awkwardness but was then going wide-eyed because Damien was kissing him. Oh. Well, this felt good. Really good. He was a hot soldier and the drummer was beginning to become infatuated on him. Jack introduced Damien to him on purpose and now he could understand why. The bloke was hot. Not moving whilst the soldier kissed him, Zack then let out a nervous giggle.

"Take me out? Sort of a date at a burger place or bowling? That sort of date?"

The Brit was wondering where their relationship would head off to now and he was excited and nervous at the same time. He knew he'd had to tell Damien how inexperienced he was in the bedroom if it got that far. That would be very awkward for him.

"City guards are called Hellhounds." Damien looked out to the other Dogs and nodded his understanding. "Pleasure is illegal back home. Sex is illegal unless the government has authorized it to get pregnant. So, sex work is the equivalent of drug dealing here. It gets money and food that we need to survive."

Zack deserved to know what he was getting into, all of it. It was going to get more uncomfortable for the Brit the more he knew, probably. Damien stayed close while still brushing his fingers through Zack's hair.

"We don't have anywhere to take people on dates at home. Everything is abandoned but I could take you on that horseback ride. We do that at home."

"Hellhounds? Ok. Like the fiery mythical dogs? That's really cool, mate. But uh---does this mean you can't have sex back on your world? That sucks. The people there sound like right assholes."

Zack's face dropped a little when Damien told him about how authoritarian everything was back on his world. It really was grim. What a bunch of bastards thinking they can control people's lives like that. The Brit gently touched Damien's shoulder, squeezing softly because he cared.

"No burger joints or bowling alleys? Aw, that's too bad. I'd love to ride a horse with you though. I'll try not to fall off."

"Yes. We are the door guards too, like the myth." Damien knew it would be hard for Zack to understand but shrugs with a laugh. "You can have sex but you can be arrested for it. It does make breaking the law a lot more fun."

He's flirting, brushing his shoulder against Zack's as he laughs. The drummer is too sweet to avoid being attracted to him.

"Where we live the city is in ruins. There are nearby places, cities with restaurants and things to do but we're all wanted for crime. I can't go into them without a lot of risk." Damien explains and realizes this is getting the mood down. That is the last thing he wants. Glancing around the bar and seeing that most everyone has coupled off, his eyes turn to Zack. On the spur of the moment he stands up and nods toward the door.

"Come on. I know some of the city. Let's walk back toward the hotel and do something?" He was thinking a late night drink in a fun bar or getting something to eat or who knows, whatever they came upon. It was only a 15 or so minute drive to the Plunge so it would take an hour or an hour and a half, at most, to walk back; not counting detours. He didn't know the city exactly but the streets had the same names so he could navigate easily enough and he had no worry about any dangers along the way.

"That sounds dumb to me. But if you can break the law and get away with it then why not?"

Zack liked the rebellious side of Damien already and he was glad Jack introduced the Dog to him. Sitting alone at the table had been boring so having Damien with him now made all the difference. Everyone else was either fucking or trashed so Zack was still wide awake and not drunk.

"Do something? Oh---ok, sure. What shall we do?"

Getting up, the drummer moved away from the table and decided to join Damien. Would they hit the town? Grab a taxi and go places? It sounded like a fun thing to do so smiled shyly and nodded.

"Sounds good to me. Lead on, mate."

"I'd break the law with you."

That was a direct moment of heavy flirting, more or less a dirty offer. The drummer was cute to the point of being sexy. He shrugs at the question.

"Whatever we find on the way?" Damien smiled and headed for the elevator with some ideas in mind. He wondered if he could get Zack in a club to dance. The Dogs got into wild dance parties sometimes and the thought of getting close with the drummer to dance was tempting. Maybe they'd see something.

"You would? How about we find ourselves a decent burger joint? There's one called a Wendy Burger or just plain Burger King. I like the double cheeseburgers. Or we could skip the food and head to a bar and try to buy drinks without getting ID'd? At least I would get ID'd at the door maybe----I don't know."

That made him frown. Would he even get into a club? He looked about 17 most days. It was his young boyish face and hair that did it. Also, his shyness. Maybe Damien would think of something to get them into a club or bar. Was New York as strict as the UK for letting under age people inside?

"Let's go."

He moved to hold Damien's hand because it felt right. The drummer was still blushing but it was a good blush.

Damien leaned in and gave him a kiss on the cheek, all that long hair falling in the way but he's used to it. "I'm up for food or anything else."

Damien knew how to get into places and surely this wouldn't be as hard as things in the Ministry cities. He didn't even think about IDs or anything like that because his world, IDs were only to keep track of people and the same things were illegal for everyone.

He gives the hand in his a squeeze and nods, only stopping briefly to check in with Jack both to tell him he was going and to get some currency for this world. They didn't use money in Hunger City. That hand still felt so good as they walked toward the elevator.

"Ok, let's go. I'll just follow you since I don't know my way around New York much."

He'd only been to a few bars and things with the others but no where else really. Zack preferred to practice on his drums when everyone else was either getting trashed in their rooms on booze or fucking each other. Now he had Damien, he knew he could spend more time with the other man. It was exciting.

Watching Damien check in with Jack, he nodded, knowing they'd need actual money. As for the whole ID issue...well, they'd have to try and get around it. Dodging the law was something Zack knew he'd probably have to do a lot with someone like Damien.

"Thanks for this---for taking me out. It's just been a while since I've dated a boy."

"It's a fairly long walk. I'm sure there will be something."

Damien couldn't imagine not finding at least a late night Cafe or resturant along the way.

That comment about dating as they stepped on the elevator got a full raised brow from the Dog. Were they dating? Not that he minded because the drummer was definitely cute enough to date.

"I haven't taken anyone out in a long time." Damien frowned a little. The last actual date was with the woman the Ministry wanted him to breed with. That had ended poorly. Hopefully this would go better. It certainly couldn't go worse.

Was it a date? Zack guessed it was? Since he was now joining Damien on a late night walk through New York city looking to head to a bar or cafe. That's what couples did, wasn't it? The young drummer had only taken out boys younger than him or his age to burger joints, nothing fancy, so this was one step above the usual dates.

"The last time I went on a date was with a boy at music school when I was around 19 or so. We ate burgers and then went to the cinema."

After that they went back to Zack's house to play a few video games on tv and then they made out on the bed. They got naked after that but there wasn't any anal sex since it was just cuddling and some foreplay. Zack hadn't really fucked anyone properly before.

"My last date was..... tragically bad." He didn't want to talk about it. The repercussions had been immediate because he was in Ministry housing. As soon as he refused they would have come for him but he had told her why he refused when she thought it was because something was wrong with her. That had sealed his fate as far as the Ministry was concerned. He held tighter to Zack's hand as they stepped out on to the street.

"Are you hungry?" The older Dogs were used to going hungry so Damien rarely realized he was hungry until he was woozy or started getting a headache.

"It was? Oh."

Zack could tell Damien didn't want to talk about it so decided to pursue the matter any further. There was no point trying to if it irritated the older man or brought back bad memories for him. So instead, he squeezed Damien's hand, looking up at him and offering a sheepish smile.

"Uh yeah I am actually. It's been ages since I've eaten anything and I've had booze."

Having beer always made Zack peckish so if they could find somewhere to eat together that would be even better.

"I was taken to prison." Damien shrugs because he really didn't want to talk about it but then he also wanted to be open with Zack. For right now it was an inner conflict that kept him quiet. Maybe some other time.

"Let's look for somewhere." Damien pauses on the street to look at the signs and wracks his mind for a minute to try and remember store fronts. Then he turns down one of the streets to head West toward the hotel. "What do you like to eat?"

Damien was an adventurous eater since they ate what they could get most of the time.

"You were? That's rough. I probably shouldn't ask why. Viktor is always getting locked up or arrested for his arson and burning stuff. He's nearly killed men in the past too when getting into fights."

Zack had been told the stories by Billy and Joe because Viktor didn't like talking about getting arrested or spending the night in the cells. It had happened but more in his past before he created the Hell's Angels. The drummer himself hadn't been caught or arrested. Yet.

"I graffiti but I've never been caught by the police. They're slow bastards. Oh--uh, I don't mind. I like pizza, burgers that sort of thing. Never really eaten in fancy restaurants before."

He was pretty easy going where food was concerned.

Damien almost stops walking, his steps hitching as he glances over at Zack with a frown pulling deeply in his expression before he sighs. He wanted to be honest but the whole situation still filled him with terror. "When I was still with the Ministry, the government wanted to breed me so they had me take this woman out."

He just shoves his hands in his pockets and starts walking again. "I wouldn't have sex with her because I don't like women so I was sent to be tortured until I forgot who I was and could be used, or died."

It wasn't that he disliked women as people but sex with them was something else. He had tried many times because he knew, more than any, that death waited for someone who was a sexual deviant. Damien wanted to leave the thoughts of his past behind him but he couldn't hide it, wouldn't lie about it. Eventually he would have to tell Zack either now or later.

"Let's see what we can find to eat." Damien pushes a smile and his thoughts behind him. A heavy breath is exhaled before he reaches out and takes Zack's hand in hopes that it will dispel the memories before they take hold.

"They wanted to breed you? It makes you sound like animals. That's so wrong, mate. I'm sorry."

Zack slipped an arm around Damien's shoulder and squeezed as they walked. That was fucking rough. What kind of bastards were these Ministry? Whoever they were Zack hated them with a passion already for fucking so many people over, forcing them to have sex with people they didn't want to. Damien included.

"Yeah, let's find a good place that does epic food. Usually, I'm too skint to buy anything myself. My mates buy me burgers and stuff. Before joining the Hell's Angels I was a poor bugger."

He laughed a little and smiled shyly at the hand hold.

"I was bred by them to be in their military." Damien shrugs but those arms felt good around his neck. He tried to put all of that behind him and smiles. "I'm not sorry I was born and I bet you aren't either."

The open flirting is irresistible at this point; both because he's trying to forget and Zack is hot as hell.

"I steal everything I eat." Damien laughed and tugged at Zack's hand. "If I remember there's a good seafood place up on the next block and we can get some Sake."

Damien remembered the old signs in his New York. Assuming this one was close then the same restaurants should exist, maybe. Oh, this drummer was so shy and cute. He was going to have to thank Jack for this introduction.

"I don't like the word bred. Sounds like they force you to live your life how you don't want. That's fucking wrong to me."

Zack didn't often get angry much but this? Hearing Damien explain about how the Ministry forced him to breed with women when he didn't want to and be bred for the military. It was all bullshit to the drummer who cared for Damien a great deal.

"I've stole a few times when I was a kid but nothing major. Seafood? Awesome. I like sushi but I've not tried Sake yet."

All the new sights and sounds of New York were opening up Zack's eyes to the world. The bustling metropolis was huge and intimidating but he was glad to be with the Dog who was much more street smart than the Northern UK kid.
