Ziggy Stardust Nexus Album Release Party

Why not in the Nexus had started all of this and now skekSa's bar had glitter and space themed drinks for the night, karaoke and a band playing for the release of a new album. Ziggy had decided this was the best course since so much of his family and friends couldn't go into his world to be there for his own party in his own world.

Of course, as with any good party this one was open to any who had stumbled into it and there were those directly invited as well. And flashy posters too. He was going through the ends of a sound check with the band when the bar opened.

There was a merch table, with the usual swag and new album to buy on CD and Vinyl, where they would be signing autographs and doing the whole meet and greet thing. Why not have fans in more than one universe? It had been a trip explaining this all to Mick. Weird and Gilly before dragging them through the portal. Ziggy still imagined there was going to be some crazy moments later in the night. They didn't even know he was an alien, or half alien anywway. All of this was going to blow their minds for sure.

After the show they had plans to spend the night just hanging out with drinking, karaoke, a DJ, and the usual bar fare. Ziggy had left Sa to the food and drink though he had put in a few requests for food his own species could eat.

Ziggy fussed with everything before heading backstage to drink and get dressed. About an hour after the bar opened they came out on stage and played through the whole album front to back plus a few from the previous.

"I see everything with them." Lucifer tells the man across from him. "The movement of atoms and stars, other people's souls or spirits, radiation, if I choose to I can see emotions and thoughts though I do not because it invades the privacy of others. The world is a very bright place to my eyes." Part of that was being a creator. Though he hadn't created the Nexus there was enough in common that his senses quickly adjusted.

He can't help but smile at the nervousness but the affection is welcome. "You do not have to isolate yourself across the table."

It was a clear invitation to break away from human standards. "Despite mythology, I do not bite, at least not on the first date."

Lucifer winks at him before picking up his own glass. He is fine just sitting here drinking grape juice and talking. As an angel he doesn't adhere to human cultural expectations or standards.

"Everything? As in...can you see what colour underwear I'm wearing right now? Just testing the waters here."

Tony had to bring up a playful quip even though right now he felt very small beside such a being as Lucifer. The guy could see atoms. Shit. A huge surge of awe was now rushing up from the human's core at just being in such a being's presence. The guy was practically a god. Well, almost. Ah whatever, he was a god. Did sex god count?

"Jesus Christ. Atoms? I'm blown away. Seriously. Just--woah."

Getting up, Tony moved so that he was now sitting next to Lucifer. Ah, he wasn't really hungry anyway. Hell, he wanted to know more about this impressive guy he was dating. He slid a hand along Lucifer's thigh, squeezing softly.

"You know...you being all powerful with being a creator and everything? It's a huge turn-on for me, Hot-Wings."

"If I wanted but I prefer to undress people physically instead of with my eyes." The grin just spreads in Lucifer's expression making him look a bit like a naughty school boy.

"I am a creator. I know I keep saying it but it is something important to understand. In my universe I am the light that starts the universe." Lucifer starts laughing. "It has always made 'the Big Bang' designation quite amusing to me."

Lucifer raises a brow at the intimate touch but doesn't stop him. He is more likely to encourage it. "Knowing what I do about you, power and knowledge seem an unsurprising turn on."

Lucifer leans in whispering so that his breath flutters against Tony's ear. "I find curiosity a turn on."

"The Big Bang? Now, I'm wondering if we can't create our own "big bang" together later on."

Tony was into flirting and subtle innuendo on first dates. When was he not into that? Lucifer was just too much of a target for the engineer's infatuation and flirtatious comments. The whole creator thing? That was just too much to comprehend right now and Tony just slid his hand up to cup Lucifer's cheek, gently stroking his refined jaw.

God, the man had a handsome jaw.

"Oh yeah? Well, guess what? So do I."

Now that he was up close, Tony was just admiring the angel's handsome physique and the low, powerful voice he had. It was enough to melt butter and the engineer was quite smitten.

"You want to talk dirty to me? Talk tech, science and being an almighty creator."

"How do you suggest we do that?" Lucifer turns his eyes on Tony curious about what he is thinking about getting up to later.

Lucifer turns to kiss his fingers when they start tracing over his jaw. Lucifer certainly wasn't one to shy away from contact if it was someone he liked well enough to get this close.

"Would you like to see the magnetic field on your reactor?" Lucifer asks. "I can share my eye sight with you briefly."

That seemed the dirtiest thing he could think of within those parameters.

"To be honest? I have no idea right now. All I know is that I want us to create some kind of big bang together."

Whether or not Tony would get his "big bang" with Lucifer was anyone's guess. The concept of the angel being able to actually see magnetic fields and the like? That was pushing all of Tony's tech buttons. God, he wanted this. The notion of being able to do things outside of the norm was like cat nip to Tony.

"Would I? Fuck yes is that answer right there. This is just mind-blowing stuff right now."

Also, the kisses to his fingers had him shivering in pleasure, as he gently offered Lucifer a playful stare. The man was growing on him every second they spent together. Readying himself, Tony nodded and looked apprehensively towards the angel.

"I like you well enough but..." Lucifer looks away. "The person who caused my partner to put constraints on the relationship. He was attending party tonight and I am in no mood for more than company. "

No mood wasn't quite right but it was an effective way to express that he needed space tonight. That being said There's no sense of disinterest either.

His smile quickly came back and with it his bright presence. "It can be disorienting but I suspect your time looking at flight displays may help. It will be open for you to break the contact if you feel uncomfortable in anyway."

Lucifer was very aware of how humans might react to seeing well beyond the ability they were made for which is why he gave over control. He turns in the chair and places his hands on Tony's temples. It wasn't necessary but it would let him keep the engineer from falling out of the chair if he fainted. "Whenever you are ready. It may be helpful to close your eyes so our vision does not conflict."

Shit. Had he blown it by mentioning wanting a "big bang" with Lucifer? The guy was obviously subdued and wanting time to reflect. Tony cursed himself inwardly at his obvious selfish reaction when Lucifer was in no mood for that. The song should have indicated that much. It was just Tony wanted so much and knew he'd have to take his time with his new found love.

"Of course. I'm sorry--you obviously need time and I'm willing to offer that. Always. The big bang thing was a more a playful euphemism anyway."

Tony knew Lucifer's feelings came first no matter what as he now focused on seeing what the devil saw. Was he nervous? He'd be lying if he said he wasn't. Steeling himself, Tony nodded slowly and closed his eyes, feeling Lucifer's hands on his temples.

"I'm ready."

Lucifer watches the human stress and leans in placing a kiss dangerously close to Tony's lips. "I am interested but seeing him bothered me more than I expected."

That was an honest and vulnerable response. Lucifer wanted to have no reaction to seeing Dorian have fun with some new toy but the truth was that Lucifer's care, when given, ran deep. Balthazar had every reason to worry about him getting hurt.

"I will start slowly and you can return to your own eyesight by opening your eyes."

It took a moment to focus. Tony would experience a warmth, like the touch of Lucifer's hand but on his mind instead of his skin. The angel always made sure to be gentle in his contact.

He focused on the arc reactor first with his normal, human vision. Then he let the waves of radiation come into focus. Followed by magnetic field that produced bright rings around the edge and the cooler flow of electrons through the field. He gave Tony time to adjust before the hot reds and yellows of infrared and the pale blues and purples of ultra violet added to the dance of colors.

He was tempted to look up into Tony's eyes, to let the human see what he saw but thought better of it for the moment.

Tony didn't quite know what to expect or the how powerful the images would be burning onto his vision. He was slightly apprehensive but Lucifer's soft, soothing voice and touch was there for the human to hold onto for support. Swallowing thickly, Tony steeled himself and gasped when his vision blurred into focus at what he saw. Marvels indeed.

"It's--god damn--it's beautiful. Lucifer, it's beautiful."

A series of gasps and incoherent noises escaped Tony's lips as he just tried to take in everything he was seeing. The waves of radiation and then the magnetic fields. Those colours! God, Tony was in heaven. Literally.

He started to laugh in joy at what he was seeing, just overwhelmed by it all, clutching onto Lucifer's arm, squeezing. It was such a spectral show of light and colour. He didn't want it to end but knew he would have to so that he didn't get burnt out retinas or worse.

"I see the world very differently than you do. It is far more alive and beautiful."

Lucifer smiles and his eyes shift up to Tony's face. The infrared heat in glittering reds dimmed along the lines of his beard because the hair blocked it. The blues of the ultraviolet bouncing off his skin. The reddish black of Tony's Blaschko’s Lines dimming the colors here and there. Around it all there is the golden glow of his spirit and the whiter vibration of his lifeforce as Lucifer perceives them.

"There is beauty when I look at people that humans do not even know exists."

Tony can also see Lucifer's own hands on his face. The bright golden light and shifting fire with sparks of color flecking through the flames. On both of them Lucifer can see the shifting colors that are reflections of their emotions.

"I can see that. It's just---I've never even--it's blowing my mind. Officially."

Tony was at a loss for words as he peered into the hidden world of what an angel could see. Of what Lucifer, the creator could see. Such immense beauty and colour. Another gasp was torn from Tony's lips, as if he were taking a huge gulp of air before being dunked underwater into cold depths. Yet, these depths were warm and soothing.

"It must be truly spectacular to see like this. I mean for you guys all the time. But for us mortals? It's mind-blowing. Seriously."

The grip on Lucifer's arm moved up to slide up to caress his face, just wanting to be closer to the angel. The whole experience being sensual and intimate in itself.

Lucifer leans in and kisses his cheek. "It is not something my kind often share with others but I want you to see who I see."

That was the truth. He doesn't want to overwhelm Tony and pulls his gaze away, returning Tony to his own eyesight. He doesn't pull away from the touch to his cheek. He strokes Tony's cheeks with his thumbs and waiting for him to recenter. "You are beautiful, Tony Stark, in your own way and the damage you have endured has added to that, not subtracted it."

He meant that. The more he saw the man, the more he had a hard time looking away from the arc reactor. It was like seeing someone in a dazzling diamond necklace that caught the light perfectly every time you caught a glimpse of it.

"I'm grateful and honoured. Seriously. That you'd do this for me."

He began adjusting his eyesight back to normal once Lucifer began shifting away from the powerful bright lights and imagery. It took him a few moments just to clear his sight which was still spotting at the back of his eyes. Of course it had been totally worth it and damn--he wanted to do it again sometime. Of course he did. But he knew Lucifer would probably say no since it wasn't meant for human eyes. There was a risk of damage.

"I love you."

His eyes open once more and Tony's big brown eyes were now gazing towards the angel he loved. No one had said such things to him before and it really touched his heart. Even under all the metal and tech. It throbbed hard for Lucifer.

"You're beautiful, did you know that?"

Tony moved to slide both arms around the angel's shoulders, pulling himself close to slip a slow but sensual kiss onto Lucifer's lips. He relaxed as he felt his eyesight focus once more; his body totally relaxed just being in the presence of one so powerful.

Lucifer gave Tony time to readjust to normal sight. It was a lot of change for a human mind. Those words though gor a curiously raised brow.

"For now, I will wait to hear you say that when you are not dazzled by something beyond human experience." Lucifer has concerns that what Tony just experienced may be influencing his feelings.

"I was created to be." Lucifer grins at the compliment. The kiss though, Lucifer wraps his arms around Tony at the waist pulling him closer. He's instantly trying to deepen that kiss because he's been wanting more of them since the butterfly kisses to his back when they met.

"Sure. I'll say it again because I mean it. Even without what you just showed me--I can't deny what my heart is telling me. Yeah, it might sound cheesy and cliché but I mean it."

Tony had just experienced something special and truly he was grateful and in awe of what Lucifer had just shared with him. Yet, he knew there was more to the angel than just his abilities. It was how he showed them to Tony. Even just allowing the human to see like he saw was something truly special. For now though he leant into the kiss, enjoying the sensation of kissing such a handsome angel.

His hand moving to slide into Lucifer's soft hair; his fingers carding through, ignoring anyone else within the vicinity of their table. It was lucky that they had a spot out of the public view since Tony wanted Lucifer so badly right now. To touch him everywhere.

Lucifer isn't quite sure how to handle what Tony is saying. It makes his heart flutter both from the romantic side and the fear still rearing up from the knife Dorian had taken to him. Maybe it was seeing Dorian at the party that made him skittish.

The kiss though is pressing those thoughts away. Lucifer just kept pulling and without resistance might pull the human right into his lap. Lucifer's lips drift away down on to Tony's neck, the kissing is definitely heating up and getting a hint more sexual than the sensual touch it started as.

Tony could definitely feel the kiss heating up and indeed the touches as Lucifer's lips slid to his neck. Oh god...and they were in public and at a restaurant. Maybe he should break off and offer the angel some space? Since he didn't want them both kicked out of such a posh place for lewd conduct or whatever. Yet, it was hard and Tony ached for the angel's touch. His lips were fucking amazing.

"God--I want you yet..we're in public and--your lips feel amazing."

The words just slipped out as he gasped slightly and slid a hand to Lucifer's chest, pressing the palm up close, finally breaking off the kiss and panting a little. Someone had to break it off even if he didn't want to. Tony knew they'd have to continue this at home surely.

Lucifer didn't want to stop and didn't care about public. What were they going to do, confront the devil and tell him to stop sinning?

That push on his chest to break the kiss got a growl that rumbled in his chest under Tony's palm. He didn't want to stop but he respected the engineer's choice. When his icy blue eyes meet the softer brown ones of the human there's heat to them; passion, fire and want.

It takes a couple deep breaths for Lucifer to center himself. Grinning he licks his lips, teeth dragging over it. "Perhaps we should order some dinner? Is it not a human saying that 'idyl hands do the work of the devil'?"

He's right back to flirting but respects the idea of not in public even if he doesn't care.

"Idle hands make work for the Devil. Yeah. Although, as much as I want your hands on me right now? My stomach is prostesting as we speak."

Tony was hungry and this was supposed to be a romantic dinner. The making out? That was hot but there was a time and a place and Tony respected the restaurant's rules. Even though it was pretty hot idea of just getting fucked by Lucifer over the table.

"Ok, right, food. Well, what do you recommend, Hot-Wings? I'm easy."

The innuendo casually slipping from his lips as he tried to centre himself also. His eyes flickering towards Lucifer's lips and wondering what they'd be like on other places on his body. Tony, stop. You need to focus on eating now.

"I can multitask." Lucifer flashed him one devilish smile before he picked up the menu. Once he had it open his fingers drifted down the inside of Tony's knee before returning to turn the page.

"I am vegetarian. I am not sure what you would prefer." Lucifer shrugs innocently but his mind is not thinking about food and he is having a hard time getting his focus back. "I am not so easy to please but you might have a chance."

That was heavy handed and almost not innuendo any longer. Lucifer takes a deep breath and sighs it out slowly. Despite looking at the menu his eyes keep drifting over. "I think perhaps lasagna but I will take suggestions if you see something I might like to eat more."

"I don't doubt you can multi-task. You mean like what you're doing now?"

Tony's eyes flickering down underneath the table to see Lucifer's fingers sliding along his knee. The devil indeed. His "idle" hands needing a knife and fork thrust into them quickly unless they were to find more of Tony's body to fondle.

Picking up his menu, he began glancing through, albeit rather quickly, since there was a bigger distraction at work here. God, he wanted Lucifer's tongue on his neck again....

"I think I'll order the soya meatballs and spaghetti in tomato sauce."

Since his dinner guest was vegetarian it only seemed polite to not order anything meaty, so Tony went with the soya option. Oh boy...meatballs and spaghetti. This was about to become a trashfire meal indeed.

"Do you want me to stop?" Lucifer looks over with just his eyes and a devious little grin.

He's watching Tony carefully while taking in the menu. He could feel his eyes on him and the want though he was not reading anything.. it was merely the magnetism.

"I was thinking of getting some bread and dipping oil. Would you like me to order enough to share?" Lucifer is not trying to be seductive but he's aroused and his voice is still low and sultry. He can't stop it. "Do you want something else to drink with the food?"

He's checking in because he might well have a glass of wine with his food to try and calm himself down.

"No. You know I don't want you to."

Tony's voice dropping an octave as he placed his menu down and swallowed thickly. His stomach was on food but his mind was wandering next to him towards Lucifer. It wasn't his fault his date was so damn sexy. Jesus, he wanted to suck on the angel's Adam's Apple and nibble his earlobe...

"Good call. We can dip our fingers in and taste it first. Then add the bread."

Was Tony suggesting they play with their food a little? Oh yes. Also, feeding one another? That was romantic too. Licking his lips slightly, he glanced towards his empty wine glass.

"Sure. How about some low alcohol wine? Like a spritzer? That isn't so bad for me."

Lucifer leans over shoulder pressing against Tony as he whispers close to his ear. "It is dangerous to tempt the devil."

Lucifer hasn't pulled away. He can't resist his desire to be close to the human. His voice has turned to a purr as he listens to the suggestion. "If I put my lips on your fingers I will not stop again."

He's serious. His body feels hot and control isn't his strong suit usually. "Order whatever you wish."

He says it while pulling away to sit up in his chair again. He has to put some distance between them. "I may get a bottle of wine. I think I need it before I get us into trouble."
